PicoTech offers a wide range of Reflow Ovens by Unitemp. Compact Reflow Ovens allow operation with wafers and samples up to 12”/ ~320×320 mm.
Heating technology is IR radiation (IR lamps) or heating cartridges (depending on the model) which allows Reflow Ovens to reach high heating speeds up to 150 K/min and the maximum temperature of 650C (depending on the model). Internal parts and wafer holders are made from graphite. Hi-Vacuum process (down to 10-6 hPa) is available in HV versions of the machines. Machines support flux and flux-less operation (depending on the model) as well as operation in Formic Acid Vapors (FAV option) and support of pure Hydrogen.
Different Compact Reflow Ovens are available to process samples with sizes (square) 100/160/200/300 mm2.
