Spin Rinse Dry (SRD)

PicoTech offers a wide range of semi-automated Spin Rinse Dryers (SRD) for R&D and laboratory use. Compact and easy to use, Spin Rinse Dryers (SRD) are typically used by R&D labs, universities and pilot production facilities. Spin Rinse Dryers can be stand-alone or integrated into the Wet Bench. Dual-chamber SRD systems are also available for higher throughput.

Typical applications are:

Spin Rinse Drying of wafers. Semi-automated Spin Rinse Dryers (SRD) can accommodate sample sizes from 50mm up to 300mm. Samples are handled in batches (cassettes).
