Electroplating can be used for R&D and also high-volume production purposes. Manual and semi-auto Electroplating Systems are typically used by R&D labs. Fully automated Electroplating Systems are typically used by production and pilot production facilities where the process recipe is developed and needs to be continuously repeated by the tool. Fully auto operation allows user to achieve a very high throughput together with a very high repeatability of the process parameters.

Gold and other Metals Electroplating. Fully-Auto Electroplating Systems can accommodate sample sizes typically from 100mm up to 300mm. Manual Electroplating Systems can accommodate sample sizes from small pieces up to 200mm.
