PicoTech offers a wide range of Semi-Automatic Wet Benches for R&D and laboratory use: Wet Processing, Wet Cleaning, Wet Etching, Lift-Off, Electroplating and many other processes. Semi-Auto Laboratory Wet Benches can be also equipped with additional tools for Photoresist Coating, Developing, Drying and Baking as well as for Spin Rinse Drying (SRD) of wafers.
Different automation features are available for Semi-Auto Wet Benches. Some basic and customized automation is available on request. Samples can be handled one by one or in cassettes. Semi-Auto Wet Benches can accommodate sample sizes from small pieces up to 200mm.
